Role Description

The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams by ensuring efficient coordination, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role helps maintain schedules, track deliverables, and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining project momentum and visibility by providing structured administrative and operational support.


Missions

  • Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reporting tools.
  • Support communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help identify and track project issues, risks, and dependencies.


Tasks

  • Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and follow-ups.
  • Take meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution of action items.
  • Update project trackers, timelines, and task lists in project management tools.
  • Coordinate availability and logistics across project participants.
  • Maintain shared documentation repositories and control version history.
  • Support the preparation of project reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with contributors as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding team members to project processes and tools.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting IT or digital project delivery.
