Ozeol is an international trading company specialized in destocking, based in Sousse for more than 12 years.
We source, prospect and buy all types of products (toys – shoes – textiles – household linen, furniture etc.) by contacting suppliers in different markets , and then resell them to our client based in France, who today has over 300 clearance stores, opening two a month.
In addition to our office in Sousse, Tunisia, we have other international offices in Asia, Latin America and North America, with the possibility of expansion in the future.
Responsabilities
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand through compelling job postings and active participation in industry events.
Qualifications
- Good level in english
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
