Position Overview:

Ozeol is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Sousse, Tunisia. This role is pivotal in attracting and hiring top talent to drive our company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

– Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

– Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.

– Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring clear communication and a professional process.

– Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans.

– Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on talent acquisition strategies and competitive compensation packages.

– Employer Branding: Enhance Ozeol’s employer brand by promoting our company culture and values through various platforms and initiatives.

– Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

– Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French is required. Additional languages are a plus.

– Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.

– Skills: Strong sourcing and networking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

– Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and candidates from various cultural backgrounds.

– Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and able to think creatively to overcome recruitment challenges.
