Job Brief
The Nesting Coach will be responsible for assisting new team members in the Nesting process and ensuring the proper execution of the coaching cycle and all process stages according to established procedures and prerequisites.
Responsibilities
- Coach a team of new prospectors
- Ensure the proper execution of the coaching cycle
- Develop the skills of new prospectors
- Participate in the recruitment of prospecting teams
- Ensure communication and reporting to the Nesting Team Leader / Director
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations, procurement procedures, and deadlines
Tasks
- Follow the Nesting process (monthly calendar, Quality Circle, Communication Evaluation, etc.)
- Coach and lead a prospecting team
- Guide the team to reach qualitative and quantitative goals
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of prospectors
- Track team activity and update the information system
- Implement the procurement policy
- Ensure the development of team members’ skills
- Manage the team’s portfolio
- Communicate with internal departments
- Ensure a positive work environment (create a motivating cultural environment where everyone can achieve their targets)
