Job Description:

Analyzing:

  • Identify and assess training needs
  • Identify and assess training needs
  • Conduct individual analyses (instant and delayed feedback) of agents (communication, evaluation…)
  • Coordinate with other departments in assessment analysis, running updates…

Engineering:

  • Design initial and ongoing training sessions (setting objectives, elaborating needs…) regarding the relevant process following an andragogic approach.
  • Stay abreast of new trends related to the process and the market (always stay knowledgeable, search for further information…).

Liaising with teams:

  • Conduct induction programs with teams and participate in certification processes.

  • Assist managers in developing their teams.
  • Manage initial and ongoing training sessions related to trainees’ field of work.
  • Prepare and conduct coaching sessions (individual + collective) related to trainees’ field of expertise.

Follow-up:

  • Measure and analyse outcomes from training (satisfaction, achievements, impacts…).
  • Report and follow up on the outcomes.
  • Maintain training records (attendance sheet, schedules, assessment chart …).

Projects:

  • Participate in various activities aiming for consistent development.
  • Ensure the realisation of different audits.
