Main Job of a Sourcing Specialist:
- Analyze and synthetize the briefings (document stating the company’s needs) written
by the consultant and/or the client elaborating on the challenges within the job - Search for potential candidates’ profiles, suggest a sourcing strategy:
advertisements, media, direct approach… - Sort and select CVs
- Collaborate with the recruitment specialist and specify the profiles that are needed,
- Publish announcements on different job boards,
- Sort CVs,
- Search for the adequate profiles on CV database, relational networks and in school
relations, - Contact candidates by phone, present our offers and evaluate the interviewee
according to our selection criteria (linguistics skills, motivations, qualification…), - Prepare summaries about for the phone interviews,
- Propose which candidates are pre-qualified,
- Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to run follow-ups on the recruitment files
until the person is hired, - Update candidates’ files,
Profile Requirements:
- Proficiency in English,
- Dynamic and curious,
- Very persuasive and rigorous,
- Analytical and synthetic mindset,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Hands on experience with IT tools (Internet, Office…) and the main social networks.
