Main Job of a Sourcing Specialist:

  • Analyze and synthetize the briefings (document stating the company’s needs) written
    by the consultant and/or the client elaborating on the challenges within the job
  • Search for potential candidates’ profiles, suggest a sourcing strategy:
    advertisements, media, direct approach…
  • Sort and select CVs
  • Collaborate with the recruitment specialist and specify the profiles that are needed,
  • Publish announcements on different job boards,
  • Sort CVs,
  • Search for the adequate profiles on CV database, relational networks and in school
    relations,
  • Contact candidates by phone, present our offers and evaluate the interviewee
    according to our selection criteria (linguistics skills, motivations, qualification…),
  • Prepare summaries about for the phone interviews,
  • Propose which candidates are pre-qualified,
  • Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to run follow-ups on the recruitment files
    until the person is hired,
  • Update candidates’ files,

Profile Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English,
  • Dynamic and curious,
  • Very persuasive and rigorous,
  • Analytical and synthetic mindset,
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills,
  • Hands on experience with IT tools (Internet, Office…) and the main social networks.
