Talent Sourcing Specialist - Ozeol

Job Brief

The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet Ozeol’s recruitment needs. They focus on proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition Assistants to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Additionally, the Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and structured reporting on sourcing activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  •       Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
  •       Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  •       Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess their fit for open roles.

🔹 Collaboration with Recruitment Teams

  •       Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the right profiles are sourced for open positions.
  •       Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Assistants to manage candidate databases and track sourcing activities.
  •       Provide market insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies.

🔹 Reporting & Performance Tracking

  •       Guarantee accurate and structured reporting on sourcing activities.
  •       Track conversion rates from sourcing to interview stages and provide insights to improve effectiveness.
  •       Regularly update the recruitment database and ATS to ensure proper candidate follow-up.

🔹 Employer Branding & Networking

  •       Promote Ozeol’s employer brand by engaging with potential candidates in a professional and appealing manner in coordination with communication department.
  •       Participate in networking events, job fairs, and industry forums to attract top talent.

Requirements

✅ Education & Experience

  •       Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •       Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR is preferred.

✅ Skills & Competencies

  •       Strong ability to identify and attract top talent.
  •       Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  •       Data-driven mindset with expertise in tracking sourcing performance.
  •       Excellent communication and outreach skills in English (French or other languages is a plus).
  •       Ability to collaborate effectively with recruitment teams and hiring managers.

Working Conditions

  •   Full-time position, based in one of Ozeol’s international locations.
  •   On-site work, depending on the region.
  •   May require occasional travel for recruitment events or networking.
