Job Description:
Ensure efficient and consistent project management within the company by providing support to project teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Tasks:
•Project portfolio management:
– Identify, assess, and prioritize projects based on the company’s strategic objectives.
– Monitor project progress and ensure their alignment with requirements and deadlines.
• Implementation of methodologies and processes:
– Define and implement suitable project management methodologies.
– Establish monitoring and reporting processes to ensure transparent management of projects.
• Support to project teams :
– Provide support to project managers in terms of planning, monitoring, and problem-solving.
– Organize training sessions for teams on best project management practices.
• Reporting and communication:
– Develop regular reports on project progress for the management-
– Facilitate communication between project teams and internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk and change management :
– Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
– Manage change requests and assess their impact on projects.

Required Skills :
- Proven experience in project management and/or in a similar role within a PMO.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- University degree in project management, business management, or a related field.
