Job Brief
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to providing documents for onboarding, to ensure Ozeol attracts and hires top talent. They work closely with Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Assistants to optimize the hiring process and maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and structured reporting on recruitment activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities :
🔹 Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements through their TAM.
🔹 Collaboration with Sourcing & Support Teams
- Work closely with Talent Sourcing Specialists to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Assistants to manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
🔹 Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Represent Ozeol’s employer brand in recruitment efforts and external communications.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives and networking activities in coordination with communication department.
🔹 Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Guarantee accurate and structured reporting on recruitment activities.
- Monitor hiring performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline conversion).
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends to the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR analyst.
🔹 Process Optimization & Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.
Requirements
✅ Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or international recruitment.
✅ Skills & Competencies
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, recruiters, and support teams).
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in recruitment reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages is a plus).
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, based in one of Ozeol’s international locations.
- On-site work, depending on the region.
- May require occasional travel for recruitment events or networking.
