  • Defines and implements the company’s recruitment policy by identifying and attracting candidates whose skills and potential match the needs and goals of Ozeol.

Job Description:

  • Manage the recruitment team
  • Develop the skills of the team
  • Ensure the achievement of fixed qualitative and quantitative team objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees
  • Organize and ensure the recruitment of different profiles abroad in accordance with the set procedures
  • Ensure communication and reporting to the HR director’s KPI’s
  • Meet recruitment deadlines
  • Negotiate with the candidate to reach a mutually acceptable agreement

Profile Requirements :

  • A background in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other equivalent disciplines
  • Having a significant experience of 5+ years in international recruitment
  • Managerial skills
  • Sense of innovation
  • Mastery of recruitment tools and techniques
