Network System Administrator (M/F)

Reporting to the IT Operations division, as Network System Administrator, your main tasks will be as follows :

• Administer production platforms: Maintain servers, storage, backups, networks, cloud, IPBX, SBC and all IT infrastructures of the company in operational condition
  • Ensure the technological watch and the security of the system infrastructures
  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of infrastructure and system norms and standards
  • Lead the evolution of equipment and infrastructure projects
  • Participate in the implementation of solutions chosen by the IT department.
  • Participate in the consultation and selection of suppliers
  • Manage the progress of projects, make changes and supervise the work of suppliers,
  • Carry out compliance testing of the changes implemented.
  • Manage the evolution of WAN (SDWan) and telephony services (VOIP/ TOIP cloud).
  • Design accurate reporting to your hierarchy.
  • Optimization of the telephony network (quality measurement, design and management of interconnections).
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the telephone system in place
  • Recommend and apply new VOIP technologies adapted to the needs of OZEOL
  • Handle incidents and requests for intervention from the support team
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and event logs,
  • Ensure the Level 3 support of the operation
  • Intervene with employees when necessary.
  • Write specifications and have them validated
  • Write the procedures and update the documentation repositories

Desired profile

• 3 years of higher education or in the fields of computer science or telecommunications
  • A significant experience
  • Good command of English and French
