We are an international commerce enterprise specialized in Destocking. We have been based in Sousse since 12 years ago. We source, prospect, and buy all products ( toys – shoes – textile – household linen- furniture, etc). We work mainly on the Asian market and others under development to resell the overstocks purchased to our client based in France and has more than 320 clearance stores with a launching frequency of 2 stores per month.
Other than our unit based in Sousse, Tunisia, we have 2 more units; in Asia and America with a possibility of extension in the future.
We are looking to hire: Management Controller
Main Job of a Management Controller :
- Always supervise and monitor the pre-established management indicators to properly evaluate the given responsibility: assisting the operational executive in managing their activities.
- Ensure proper transparency of company profitability.
- Conduct research and analysis reports helping operational executives and upper management in their decision making.
- Collaborate with operational executives and assist them in attaining their objectives.
- Ensure the development of administrative and operational procedures and their proper functioning.
- Ensure the development of the information system.
- Prepare monthly assessment charts to regularly track operational activities.
- Prepare analysis reports whenever an operational agent requests them.
- Always track indicators.
- Establish control tools and determine performance indicators to monitor the development of activities and predict possible misuse.
- Prepare, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Calculate the variable budget (bonus) of all big import departments (purchasing and prospection)
- Run a monthly evaluation to compare the objectives set with the ones attained in order to properly analyze the performance of Operational Activities.
- Establish verification procedures to detect possible anomalies.
- Knowledge of IT tools: MICROSOFT OFFICE
- Hands-on experience with software: Selligent, SAP, COGNOS…
- Ability to establish tracking and monitoring procedures and indicators
