Role Overview:  

The Financial Analyst handles the daily accounting for the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Functions include reviewing and tracking the office expenses, accounting controller, bank and petty cash, tax review and financial statements.

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate invoices to be paid by cash of bank transfer to Tunisian referent.
  • Weekly cash flow monitoring (bank and petty cash)
  • Tracking and control tracking expenses
  • Control of the company support (invoices)
  • Calculation and issuance of monthly invoices to VST
  • Accounting outsourcing coordinator
  • Review and approval of monthly accounting.
  • Review of the accumulated financial statements
  • Tax review and coordinated the Revisor Fiscal Approval
  • Accounting controller for Tunes

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree (such as an MBA) or advanced certifications can be advantageous.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), are highly valued.
  • Advanced English (B2-C1)
  • Experience: 5 years in the accounting process: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial information and derive actionable insights.
  • Integrity and Ethics: Upholds high ethical standards and acts with integrity in all audit activities.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to adjust audit plans based on emerging risks or priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and precision in analysis and reporting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build relationships across departments.
  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Work on site.
