Scope:
Overseeing and optimizing logistics flows to ensure operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing logistics processes.
- Handle logistics-related documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Track and monitor transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze logistics data to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Update transport price, customs duty and payment reference systems.
- Insure the monitoring process of on-time delivery by stage and by order.
- Support the operational team in reporting time overrun alerts.
- Support process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
- Align actual transport and ensure minimum container fill rates.
- Ensure sales targets are met.
- Verify and enter transport invoices into SAP.
- Process quotation and customs duty requests.
- Supervise and manage loading check operations.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Data analysis and process optimization skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
- Fluent in English & French; additional languages are a plus.
- Master the Office suite.
