Role Description
The Business Analyst acts as the link between business teams and technical teams by identifying needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into actionable specifications. This role supports the delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. The Business Analyst works closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Missions
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution design.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout delivery.
- Contribute to testing, validation, and change management activities.
Tasks
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to gather business needs.
- Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, or detailed functional specifications.
- Create process maps, data models, and documentation for current and future states.
- Support product owners and project managers in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and preparing test cases.
- Validate deliverables against business expectations and coordinate UAT.
- Support communication and alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to training materials and user support documentation.

Education & Experience
